Rapid Weight Loss Diet - 10 Tips

Here are ten tips that will help you lose weight quickly, with or without exercise!

Tip 1) Your going to be surprised, but do not take food off your diet. Focus on what you can add to your diet first. Make sure your getting the full pyramid food before you start getting rid of foods.

Tip 2) Your stomach is the size of your first, so you do not need too much food. Make sure your really hungry when you think you are, and that there is another impulse. These things are done way to much cross-references.

Tip 3) Turn on at least a cup of starch a day for vegetables. I should not have to explain, and that's it.


Protein Tip 4) at every meal, not just for gaining muscle. It actually makes your muscles leaner and leaner.

Tip 5) Try to change your 3 meals a day to 6-8 mini-meals a day. This is actually a plan much healthier for your stomach and body.

Tip 6) Do not eat during the night. Try to eat almost anything after 6:00 pm. Too many people relax at night with a bag of chips and just put on that fat.

Tip 7) Drink plenty of water. Few people actually drink as much water as they should.

Tip 8) Buy a scale and weigh yourself at the same time every morning. Be sure to set a goal 'estimate' and not an exact number. Do you want to weigh not less than 125 123, which will help to reduce stress trust me.

Tip 9) Tell people only support your diet. I do not support people are too stressful, but the support should help you stay focused.

Tip 10) Search, the more you learn the easier it will.
